The Growth Lab is made up of businesses from over 30 African countries. They aim to be the leading digital accelerator program in Africa. Additionally, they have established partnerships with local organizations to expand the reach of their program. Also, they ensure that they can effectively support SMEs in emerging communities across the continent.
The SME Growth Lab Africa Modules
According to SME Growth Lab Africa, the learning modules for the program are highlighted below:
Selling Techniques: In this module, participants will learn essential selling tips and ideas to drive sales, build relationships with customers, and increase their revenue.
Marketing Strategies: Here, participants will be learning the fundamentals of social media marketing, strategies for personal branding, brand perception, and many more.
Financial Literacy & Management: Also, participants will be learning all about cash management, budgeting, tracking, and securing funding for your small business.
Legal Counseling: Finally, participants will learn the importance of contracts for employees, vendors, and relevant stakeholders. Knowing your employment and labor law, privacy, and protecting the data of your clients.
